1b3cd2af9d Fix my typo introduced months ago and minor change. 
Remove the sentence "This is the source" because same README
also is installed with binaries (no source).
So mention developed by ISC.

Remove some references to experimental, development, prototype

 Mention that bind10 doesn't start the DNS or DHCP servers by default.
 Also reword a couple sentences so this is not implied.
 This is for ticket #2451.

337198f6b8 [master] shorten README 
As discussed at ISC all hands shortened README a lot.

Reduced by almost 200 lines.

Mention DHCP echo server.

Point to guide in txt format (now in repo).

Removed some redundant details that are in guide.

NOTE: This removed details about 1) gtest / make check 2) coverage
testing; 3) run_*.sh ; 4) running (already in guide); 5) bindctl
config examples.

I will make sure these are documented in guide, in the wiki,
or at least re-added to the doc/ directory. But some may not be
in this week's snapshot tarball.

I opened one ticket to handle the bindctl config examples (#1302).

This was discussed a little on jabber.

70833edc11 Removing now-missing options from b10-recurse manpage. Remove 
reference of loadzone. Regenerate man file.

Mention b10-recurse in README.

In Guide, mention that BIND 10 does offer a forwarding server.
(Note the Guide needs to document b10-recurse still.)

This is minor. It was not reviewed.

56ec9918f3 Regenerate some manual pages and guide (based on my earlier commit 
to xml files). This is to introduce secondary manager.

While here also mention zonemgr in the README.

Move some content. Remove some now unnecessary install step.

TODO: I want to shorten this a lot; now that we have better docs
we should point to them.
