Great cleanup of signed/unsigned values, add

-Wall and a number of other warnings to CFLAGS
by default. Do not allow signed values for
HomeAgentPreference anymore.

Set up our own interface variables (LinkMTU, CurrentHopLimit,
...
BaseReachableTime and RetransTimer) as well.
This is required to pass the IPv6 Ready Logo Phase-2
IPv6 Core Protocols Self Test.

Check via sysctl that IPv6 forwarding is enabled;
...
exit unless debugging is enabled. This just helps to detect
certain weird configurations that are not going to work.
