Hannu Nyman 69f5605e5a pagekitec: Make version apk compatible 
Make PKG_VERSION compatible with apk by dropping the C char,
simplifying Makefile also otherwise. Also remove unnecessary
variables.

Refresh patches (just cosmetics for CI).
