Addressing the end-to-end transport of 'classical' security modes and the difference between them and RSN Overriding. As a special case of RSN Overriding, WPA3-Personal-Compatibility allows some shortcuts in the implementation. By comparison, a fully compliant RSN Configuration flow requires new datamodels, for configuration input : NBAPI and output : PWHM datamodel. not addressed : the encoding of 'classical' security modes in RSN Parameters Configuration TLV. should be noted that, according to EM Specification, any existing security mode can be transmitted in the RSN Parameters Configuration TLV.
