Petr Štetiar a6f44836e5 tools: checksec.sh: fix build breakage caused by wrong PKG_MIRROR_HASH ...

Upstream OpenWrt changed how the package gets cloned and packed. This
caused a different hash on older openwrt-23.05 branch, so the
PKG_MIRROR_HASH needs to be updated on openwrt-24.10 branch.
