390a20c1ef fix bbfdm_resolve_external_reference_via_dmmap 
the function can't handler multi-instance path,
for example: when the path is "Device.Bridging.Bridge.*.Port.",
the result would be "Device.Bridging.Bridge.*.Port.1".
