profiles: prpl_core: prplmesh: set BridgeInterface for VAPs

Browse Source 
Most VAP profiles currently leave the BridgeInterface parameter empty.
Set BridgeInterface to the correct value for Home, Guest, and Backhaul VAPs.

Closes: PPM-3724
